2. Scope
These Terms apply to use of Deep Concierge websites, pilots, and SaaS services by organizations and authorized users, including users in the UK and EU/EEA.
3. Service
Deep Concierge provides software and related services for operational workflows, support handling, knowledge discovery, and meeting-assist functions.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and with proper authorization
- Manage users, permissions, and credentials responsibly
- Provide accurate account/billing information
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans renew by billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Price and plan updates apply prospectively after notice.
6. Cancellation and termination
Subscriptions may be canceled effective at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
After termination, access may be disabled and data handled according to applicable contractual and privacy terms.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, added, or removed over time.
8. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Notice and, where applicable, data processing terms with customer organizations.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited. Mandatory legal rights and non-excludable liabilities remain unaffected.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For business customers, courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless you stop use and terminate before the effective date.
